Our Advice Service is a confidential, independent, and impartial resource. We offer 1-2-1 advice and guidance.

The University has two Student Centres – one in Cheltenham (FCH Campus) and one in Gloucester (Oxstalls Campus) – offering extensive and specialist support and guidance.
You can pop by when you’re on campus or book an appointment with advisers either in-person or online.
The welfare team can help support students pastorally and provide help to students who have been signposted by the helpzone.
The Mental Health and Wellbeing team offer a confidential, one-to-one support service before and during your studies.
The housing team can offer support to all students with their accommodation. Whether this is searching for the right accommodation, supporting you while in your accommodation, or offering advice once you have left.
The Money Advice Team in Student Services provides a non-judgmental confidential service to students needing advice and guidance with their finances.
The disability, dyslexia and learning support service offers confidential, one-to-one support to students with disabilities, learning difficulties and medical conditions.

The IT Team can help you with anything from accessing emails, printing and other tech issues.
The Chaplaincy Team are here to offer support, advice and a friendly listening ear to anyone who needs it. The Chaplains are based in the Sanctuary Spaces on each campus. Drop in whenever you’d like to for free tea and coffee and a comfortable place to relax for a while.
The Student Achievement Team can help you with everything from referencing, note taking and academic writing, to planning, structuring and editing assignments. They can also help you to make sense of your feedback and understand how to incorporate it into your next assignments.
The future plan team can help with future career opportunities and assist with CVs, interviews, work experience, and job options for after university.
