As spiking is a legitimate threat I prepose having a member of staff trained or team of students available to provide assistance to those who have been spiked/got alcohol poisoning on student nights. either at the university or halls of residence who can help while waiting for the emergency services.

there is also no adequate medical supplies within halls for emergency use
