Everyone knows food prices can be quite high for a University student who is already struggling with the cost of living. If the canteen stayed open later, people would have the chance of getting dinner/late lunch at the canteen, which would contribute with the costs Gather&Gather needs to cover (ie suppliers) and food waste, and they might be able to lower their prices in the long run. It's a great chance for students with responsibilities outside of University who have less free time, students with late classes, lecturers and students who are part of a society or sports club.
