GCM Coffee is a thriving independent coffee shop situated by Cheltenham Spa railway station and is looking for enthusiastic staff to join our team of coffee lovers and superb customer service assistants.

You will need to be enthusiastic, friendly, approachable and a hard worker.

The position will entail preparing and serving food and drinks, looking after customers, tidying and cleaning the shop and maintaining GCM’s reputation as a welcoming place delivering great service and excellent coffee.

Coffee shop and customer service experience preferred but full training to barista level will be given.

Shift flexibility essential and job will include weekend shifts. Up to 20 hours a week
