On Wednesday, 20th November, students braced for a cold and icy start to another BUCS Wednesday. The harsh weather in the Midlands led to a few match cancellations, but we still hosted some great games. Among the highlights of the day, our Women's Badminton 1st team faced a challenging fixture against a tough Swansea side. The team delivered an impressive performance, showcasing their resilience. Across eight fiercely competitive matches, they battled hard, leaving everything on the court. Their dedication and effort paid off as they celebrated a fantastic 6-2 victory. This win not only reflects their talent but also sets an exciting tone for the season ahead.
