Refunds

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return an item, please email su@glos.ac.uk to let us know that you are doing so. Please include your name, transaction number, the item name and reason for return on the email.

You may request a refund of any non-personalised or non-course/club/society specific items within 21 days of collecting your order.
