Student Voice Assistants (SVA's) are passionate students employed by the Students' Union to help improve the academic experience at the University of Gloucestershire. Their main role is to ensure that the student voice is heard loud and clear. By working closely with Course Reps and university staff, SVA's help bridge the gap between students, academics, and the Union, making sure feedback is communicated effectively and positive changes are made.
Student Voice Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring that feedback doesn't just sit in a suggestion box but is actively discussed and actioned. By acting as liaisons between the student body, the university, and the Students' Union, SVAs make sure that students’ concerns and ideas are heard and responded to. Their work helps to create a collaborative environment where students can directly influence their educational journey.
